After a fantastic season of early morning striper trips and bringing some incredible table-sized fluke over the rails, we are officially starting to see the first exciting signs of fall. The bonito have made their appearance and are feeding heavily on a massive biomass of bait in the area.
Now is the perfect time to book a fishing charter with us to get in on this incredible hardtail action. Soon, we will also welcome the arrival of false albacore, followed by the highly anticipated fall run of striped bass and bluefish. Given the high numbers of fish we saw all summer, this fall fishery is shaping up to be absolutely spectacular.
While we are still landing some excellent fluke, they are beginning to move into deeper water. As the season transitions, our focus will soon shift to bottom fishing for tautog. Fall is truly my favorite time of year to fish, as the sheer abundance and variety of species completely sets it apart from any other season.
Spaces fill up quickly during the fall run, so please check our booking calendar at your earliest convenience to secure your dates for a spectacular fall fishing adventure.
